I built Super Middle for Gen Xers and our little-sister Millennials, those of us who’ve lived boldly and creatively, and now find ourselves juggling careers, parenting, reinvention, aging parents, and bodies that are shifting in ways we didn’t see coming.
Midlife is real. Throw in perimenopause, menopause, brain fog, sleep disruptions, aching joints, and the occasional identity crisis, and it can start to feel like an extreme sport. But it’s also a place of possibility.

A Bit About Me
I’ve spent nearly 30 years building things as a designer, startup founder, and product strategist. After serious burnout, reinvention, and more than one identity crisis, I trained as a comprehensive Pilates instructor and became certified in Women’s Fitness, Nutrition Coaching, and Wellness Coaching (NASM).
Now I work with women in midlife through a blend of strength-based Pilates, nutrition and wellness coaching, and creative practices. My approach combines movement, hormonal support, nervous system regulation, and food strategies that actually fit real life. My clients range from women rebuilding in their 40s to those staying strong into their 70s.
At the center of it all is a design-centered, human-centered, woman-centered approach to midlife. I aim to treat this stage not as decline, but as a space for curiosity, reinvention, and connection.
But more than any certification, I’m a midlifer like you: figuring it out in real time—the shifts, the breakthroughs, the weirdness, and the possibility.
